404 errors when accessing my.lapu.edu are caused by not being signed into your LAPU email account first. To fix this error you can do one of the following:
Create a new Chrome Profile for your university account.
Log out of all of your google accounts before accessing my.lapu.edu
try from an incognito window.

I can't remember my email address or password for myLAPU (https://my.lapu.edu) or my LAPU email account (http://mail.lapu.edu). What should I do?
The standard email address format is: firstinitial+lastname+yearofadmission@lapu.edu (eg Jane Doe = jdoe21@lapu.edu).
Your temporary password would have been emailed to your personal email address used in the application process.
If you are still unable to access your university email account, contact us over phone or chat. Please have your 5-digit LAPU ID number available for verification purposes.
The site where I access my courses is not displaying correctly on my screen. What should I do?
It is possible that your browser is trying to access a saved copy of the page from a previous visit. To attempt to resolve this issue:
Please clear your browser cache.
