I can't remember my email address or password for myLAPU (https://my.lapu.edu) or my LAPU email account (http://mail.lapu.edu). What should I do?
The standard email address format is: email@example.com (eg Jane Doe = firstname.lastname@example.org).
Your temporary password would have been emailed to your personal email address used in the application process.
The site where I access my courses is not displaying correctly on my screen. What should I do?
